Each product range benefits from being manufactured with the market leading Timberweld® sash welding system, preserving the aesthetics of the original mechanically jointed windows, and yet removing the need for glass bonding making installation a breeze.

The Residence2 ” SQUARED” collection is the contemporary twist on R9. Its bold square lines modernise the inside of the window making it ideal for contemporary properties. Retaining the 100mm frame & 9-chamber design of its stablemate R9 means more of the same exceptional performance, high security and low U values.

Residence 7.

With their revolutionary, high performance 7 chamber design, Residence 7 windows are some of the best PVCu flush casement windows on the market. Suitable for traditional and contemporary style properties, and for use within conservation areas. With a frame depth of 75mm R7 makes the leading brand of flush casements available to the conventional UPVC replacement.
Make no mistake R7 is no compromise – you can expect industry leading U values and acoustic performance, huge range of stock colours and a massive range of hardware.

Residence 9.

Elegantly designed to replicate 19th century timber flush windows, the Residence 9 collection are constructed from low-maintenance PVCu and approved for use in conservation areas. Residence 9 windows have 9 chambers, resulting in enviable thermal, acoustic, strength and security performance. Available with 44mm triple glazing or 28mm double glazing, they achieve U-values as low as 0.8 W/m2K with triple glazing and 1.2 W/m2K for double glazed options. Available in a range of customisable colours and furniture suited to a range of period properties and individual tastes.
